Objective: Develop a comprehensive fundraising plan to raise $300M, expand and qualify the prospect base, strengthen understanding of KPMs and actionable reporting tools to guide strategic decision-making.
Result: They have taken crucial steps in implementing their fundraising plan, notably strengthening pipeline management and enhancing internal reporting practices. Following a wealth screening, they expanded and refined their prospect base, leading to future growth and deeper donor engagement.

Global Philanthropic Canada has resources in many areas including technology and training. We had a member of their team act as our Director until we recruited a permanent position.
